Refund policy

 

If you wish to return an item because it does not appear in due conditions, you have 10 days to return it. Thank you for taking pictures of the product on arrival showing the defect in question as well as the packaging where it was sent. (If you are asked for more images with the defect in question, you should provide for analysis by our team).

For the refund request just communicate toInfo@boomswagg.comAnd let us know the problem, if asked, send us the defective product for our analysis.

If it is proved that the product is defective and if you choose to return the amount paid, it will be made by the same method as you used to make the payment. If the refund request complies with the standards, we will return the value of the item with no shipping point or replace it.

We do not accept customized product returns unless they contain any duly proven error or manufacturing defect.

ATTENTION-Articles and packaging with misuse marks, or used items are not accepted for exchange or return.
