Terms of service
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of confirming your order. The orders placed are a purchase proposal, which will be accepted by us according to the availability of stock. After receiving your confirmation email, we cannot change the order information (item, quantities or delivery address).
Please make sure all information is correct before completing your purchase. Contact us via email address email@example.com.
The contract for the sale of articles will be formalized after receiving the confirmation email confirming that the article has been sent to the address provided.
Acceptance will be considered valid after sending the confirmation email to the user.
Items from the same order that have not been confirmed in the aforementioned email are not covered by the contract. The amount will be debited from your account at the time of order(s). If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you have a period of 15 days to return it. See our returns policy for more information on returning items. We give special importance to security issues, so we adopt physical and electronic management procedures to ensure the security of the information processed.
Orders must be paid through Multibanco, MB Way or Paypal.
